SSX3 Models, Griff.

Working in the video games industry since before the turn of the millenium, (wow that sounds like a really long time doesn't it?) I've been lucky enough to work with many very talented and wonderful people. I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of titles and characters. This was probably one of my favorite and most memorable.

Did I already say, SSX3 was one of my favourite titles to work on? I modelled all of Griff, including all of his accessories. We had a huge amount of accessories for all the characters, there were hundreds of items (I think!)

A bit of trivia: Griff's original name was Grommet.

I'd modelled his hair in a very specific style but it just wasn't working. The day I finished this new version I was so excited I had to comp some shots together and bring printouts to a meeting! Wow, new hair! Good times.
